台風通過直後なので泳げないことはわかっているのですが、底地ビーチの下見に行きました。

この後、川平湾に行ってグラスボートに乗りました。

In part 3, I got to the face place of Ytterby mine.

I wanted to stay more, but I had to go back to hotel. I had to go to Milan the next day.

I prayed "Human being become to realize the world " to God of Science, and I left the Ytterby mine.

A slope next to this sign is the mark. It is not on the map.

On the way towards the bus stop to walk, I saw a string "Yttrium".
The streets seems to be named after the elements.

I bought a bus ticket for return. This time, coupon ticket.

A bus has come. Good by Ytterby, I shall return.

As same as when I came, I transferd at Engarn. I got off at the bus stop on the other side of the road in the photo.

I would transfer at this bus stop for Stockholm.

I returned to port of Vaxholm.
Building, such as the fortress of brick brings on a feeling of Dragon Quest.

This boat brought me to Stockholm.

It became good weather. I came out on the deck of the ship from the cabin. Ship to proceed to sew through the islet.

It was about 15:30 when the ship got to port of Gamla stan. I got off here and I continued to walk at will.

In the middle of the walk, I dropped in weapons museum closing time barely and found a bridge that became a model of "Kiki's Delivery Service". The story is in another entry.

As described in Part 2, I got to Ytterby village at last.
I was going to Ytterby mine from now on.

Just for a moment, I needed something to eat.
There was a small supermarket near the bus stop. I bought a bread and a bottle of beverage.

I thought that it was going to raining hard at the exit of the store and confirmed a map, then a young father holding a little baby in his arms asked to me, "Where are you going?"

I: I'm going to Ytterby mine. It's a sacred place for science geeks.
Young father: Yes, I know. Walk along the way in front of this store, and you'll get to there in about 20 minutes.

Swedish people are really kind.

Now, let's go!

The bread I bought at the store.

It became raining harder. My feeling is Dragon Quest at the climax. The music of Dragon Quest sounded in my head.

...while walking, a car was comming to my back.
I stepped aside, the car driver was a young father just some minutes ago.

"Get on! It's a terrible weather."
Wow! He kindly let me ride his car.

Less than 5 minutes, we got to the goal place.
The kind young father who brought me by his car taught me "You see a white signboard. There's the mine along a slope behind the signboard."

I thanked him and parted.

The signboard which the young father taught me seemed to be established by the local Rotary club.
But I could not read it because it is described in Swedish language.

The opposite side was described in English fortunately.

Well, up to mountain side. I climbed up the quite steep slope behind the signboard.
This slope was not on maps, I did not notice at all to climb the slope to go to the mine.
Because the slope is not an ordinal road.
If the young father did not talk to me, I did not notice the slope and satisfied only with having come till the place of a white signboard, without noticing this hill, and having returned. I must really appreciate the young father.

Continued from the previous article.

Well, I had to take a bus from Vaxholm to Ytterby where was my goal.

I wondered how to take the correct bus to Ytterby, then local one kindly taught me how to buy a ticket and transfer.

I bought a bus ticket at a convenience store near the bus stop. I bought one way ticket by saying "To Ytterby", but it seems that it was more profitable much to buy a coupon ticket.

At first, I would go a place named Engarn, and transfer to the another bus.

Connection bus would depart from the bus stop at the opposite side of the road.

Display for remaining time until the next bus. Bus system in Sweden is advanced.

Got to Ytterby, the last bus stop. This red bus is the one I took.

A sign in the town shows Ytterby certainly.
It realized that it had been to the Ytterby at last.

Now, I would go to Ytterby mine based on a map.

Just one year ago, June 2012, I visited to Ytterby mine in Sweden.

I am writing this article while remembering that day.

For those who are interesting this article must know, Ytterby mine is a place where GADLINITE was found, from which four elements are discovered.

Every science fan wants to go the place at least once.

I had been staying in Stockholm for business trip several days in that time, the Sunday was the only day off. I had go to Milan next day. It was an opportunity nothing to be rash, and if this day was missed, it was not understood when next I could go.

According to an article of Wikipedia, Ytterby mine had been closed and under management of a company named ASM international. I might not get to the face plate, however, if I missed the opportunity, when next? I would also perform taking a walk in the neighborhood at least.

I asked at the front desk of the Hotel I stayed, a staff answered, "You can take bus. Also boat."
Boat? I wondered. But I chose it because it would be more fun. I reserved my ticket at the tourist center in Stockholm station.

It was Sunday and raining. But I went out.

I heard that the boat would depart from a port near Gamla stan.

Oh, It must be an office of the boat company.

Walking forward,,,oh, there was!
I supposed a small motor boat from the word "boat", but it was a big ship.

I would go to a port named Vaxholm by taking this ship.

I saw some complex geographical feature, which had been deleted by glaciers.
My feeling was just like "Dragon Quest" (a famouse Japanese video game) conjointly with the gloomy weather.

The boat stopped several port until Vaxholm.

It was the time of arraival, but there's no sign about getting to Vaxholm.
The boat might be late, or did I took the wrong route?

I understood later in fact, there were two boats to Vaxholm departing at 9:00, one was direct and the other was indirect. I happened to take indirect one.

It arrived to Vaxholm somehow.
